Your lightboxes are handmade in Australia and will be shipped from Australia.  Learn more about estimated processing time and transit time.

Notes to International Buyers:

When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.

In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely from country to country. We might not be able to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied.

Please contact your local customs/ tax office for further information. Alternatively, you should check with your local tax adviser for more information.

Ship To Address

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. And, we can’t provide a full refund in this case. 


 

Payment options

Currently, we accept payment via PayPal only.  You don’t need to have a PayPal account, you can pay using your credit card or debit card.


 

Return or Cancellation

I gladly accept returns and cancellations.

To return an order:

  • Please contact us and ship the item back within: 14 days of delivery
  • In case of a return, the buyer is responsible for the return postage.
  • Please choose the shipping service with tracking facilities. So that we both manage to track the delivery.
  • Once the item is received in good condition. We will refund the item amount in full.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • If the item is incorrect, or damaged by the carrier, we will pay for the return postage. You will send you the link to download the return label.

The following items can’t be returned

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom, bespoke or personalised item
  • Items on sale

Information I Collect

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you provide to me during placing the order), such as your name, email address, postal address, contact number, order information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of lightbox, for example) if you contact me directly.

However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 5 years.
