Each lightbox is handcrafted in Australia and shipped directly from our Gold Coast studio.  

Estimated Processing Time

Production typically takes 4 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of your design.

Estimated Transit Time

    • Australia: 2–5 business days
    • International: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and courier service

We partner with reliable carriers such as Australia Post, and DHL to ensure timely delivery.

International Orders & Customs

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are collected upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Ship To Address

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. And, we can’t provide a full refund in this case. 

Return or Cancellation

I gladly accept returns and cancellations. 

To return an order:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.
  3. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

To cancel an order:

Please contact us within 6 hours of purchase.

The following items can’t be returned

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom, bespoke or personalised item
  • Items on sale

Information I Collect

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you provide to me during placing the order), such as your name, email address, postal address, contact number, order information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of lightbox, for example) if you contact me directly.

A) As needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Data Retention

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 5 years.
